? Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, grooming tools and horse health products cannot be returned once opened.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
?? How to Return
1. Contact us at support@corvere.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1�2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and include your RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
?? Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3�5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
?? Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours on eligible items.
To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
? Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the damage or incorrect item in your email.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
